Andrew Raupi
Andrew started in roofing after moving to Perth in 2008, where he joined friends from New Zealand already working in the trade. What began as work quickly turned into a career, where his strong work ethic and attention to detail were put to good use. Since then, he’s built extensive hands-on experience and now leads jobs on-site — personally overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
He’s focused on finding the right solution for every job, backed by solid planning, organisation, and clear communication. Andrew is naturally driven to improve how work is delivered — problem-solving on the go, supporting his team, and keeping everything on track. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing the finished transformation and the reaction from clients when it exceeds expectations.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys keeping things simple — spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and heading to the beach with his dog. A country boy at heart, he’s happiest staying active and outdoors. He believes a job done right comes down to clear expectations, a well-managed process, and an outcome that delivers exactly what it should — with no shortcuts taken.
Tautinoga Sapolu
Tautinoga, known as Nongs, came into roofing after working in building and construction, spending over 15 years as a carpenter in New Zealand. Over time, he connected with roof plumbers and made the move into the roofing trade. With that background, he brings a strong understanding of how different parts of a build come together.
He specialises in laying sheets and completing flashings, with a focus on a clean, consistent finish every time. For him, the most satisfying part is seeing the job come together and knowing everyone has played their part. He works across all areas — stepping in where needed, supporting the team, and helping to keep each stage of the job moving. He’s a steady presence on-site, known for getting stuck in and seeing the job through.
Outside of work, Nongs spends his time with family, staying active through sport, and being outdoors — whether at the beach or camping. For Nongs, a well-done job comes down to strong teamwork, where everyone knows their role and the work reflects the effort put in by the whole crew.
Shaun Robinson
Shaun found his way into roofing through an opportunity back in New Zealand, where what began as a connection through his rugby club quickly turned into an apprenticeship. From there, he developed his skills on the tools, building a practical approach and a sharp eye for quality.
He’s known for his finishing work — particularly ridges and flashings — where precision makes all the difference. Shaun enjoys the variety that comes with roofing, working across different sites and environments, and values the physical, hands-on nature of the job. He’s all about finishing the work properly — down to the very last detail. For him, it’s about making sure the end result is something the client can rely on for years to come.
Shaun is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He’s big on sport, music, and keeping active, bringing that same grounded, easygoing energy to the job every day.
